In the fall of 2023, Canadian pop artist Chayce Kennedy hired NovaCurrent Public Relations to prepare her application to the FACTOR Artist Development program.
We worked with Chayce Kennedy on all aspects of the application – including the artist development plan, supplementary materials, and proposed budget.
Chayce Kennedy was approved for FACTOR funding in early 2024 and the funding was later used towards marketing and video initiatives.
In the fall of 2023, NovaCurrent Public Relations continued working with Chayce Kennedy – this time on her single release, “Mr. Super Fine”.
We worked to secure media features and interviews along with placements on Spotify third-party playlists for the single.
The music publicity campaign for “Mr. Super Fine” earned more than 25 media interviews and features for Chayce Kennedy.
Among the highlights were placements from The Partae, Stereo Stickman, Canadian Beats, Right Chord Music, Broken Color, Amplify Music Magazine, Black is the New AP Style, V13, New Scene Magazine, and Aesthetic Magazine.
Through our playlisting campaign, the single was also added to 50 independent Spotify playlists, which helped it cross 18K streams, making it her highest-streaming single to date.

NovaCurrent PR continued working with Chayce Kennedy in early 2024 with our next project being a new website.
We worked with Chayce on a new look and feel to match the energy of her music and personality.

The new website for Chayce Kennedy was completed in the spring of 2024 to set the tone for her next slate of releases and refresh her online brand.
