Josh Neumann of StayFitAnywhere shares some fitness insights into The Superhero Workout in a feature interview by Jennifer Cox for Crave Online.
Josh Neumann of Vancouver-based fitness group, StayFitAnywhere, has created a specific workout that is inspired by the upcoming movie, Thor, and the training routine of its star, Chris Hemsworth (pictured above). The Superhero Workout is an intense fitness challenge marked by three “supersets”. What makes it especially unique is that it only uses one accessory – a dumbbell to symbolize Thor’s hammer. NovaCurrent Creative Solutions is excited to be working with Josh on a publicity campaign to educate British Columbians on the importance of fitness and how anyone can become a fitness superhero.
Josh was on CKNW today to speak with Sean Leslie about the workout and how the unique brand of StayFitAnywhere takes fitness outside of the big box gyms and puts the emphasis back on fundamental movements and effective exercise.
